Your Appointment
If this is going to be your first visit to our office there will be a small amount of information we will need to collect before your exam. Please bring your insurance card and a list of medications you are currently taking. Your appointment time is set aside especially for you and we will do our best to see you at that time.
After you check in, your doctor will be able to talk with you about your specific needs and perform a thorough evaluation and consultation. The treatment estimate will be reviewed with you at the completion of your exam by one of our staff members. You will then be scheduled for a second appointment if root canal services are indicated.

If these methods are not convenient for you, we have a monthly payment plan that can be arranged through CareCredit®, a company which allows you to make low- interest payments toward your treatment. If you are interested in CareCredit® financing you will need to contact our office before your appointment to complete the application process (approval not guaranteed).
